Server Console VMWare Server 2.0.1 ( 2009/03/31 | Build: 156745 ) does not have a CTRL-ALT-DELETE option

The CTRL-ALT-DELETE option in the Server Console of VMWare Server 2.0.1( 2009/03/31 | Build: 156745 ) is missing. This is very anoying.
